‘‘Sesh and Sketch’’ is a community gathering and art club where growing artists meet up to create and craft. It began in 2022 as a collaboration between Chelsea and the former Bullfinch Pub in Leith in order to share in the joy of making artwork and drinking great craft beer with good company.

Today it’s evolved into a well established community staple that has run workshops with local groups and businesses including Queer Beer Edinburgh, Salt Horse Pub and the Dreadnought Leith.

Whether you’re new to drawing and painting, or just looking for ideas to practice your craft, we’ll provide a supportive and inclusive space for you to connect with community, create, and have some fun. We provide all the materials, and you can take home all the artwork you make.

Sessions are currently held at the following places:

72 Noth Fort St., Leith

Last Sunday of every month at 7pm. £20 per person for two drink flights, all art materials, and gentle guidance on a theme or prompt. Spaces are limited so please contact info@chelseamarieart.com to reserve a space.
