Terms and Conditions 

  1. Purchasing 

1.1. All sales through chelseamarieart.com are final once purchase is complete at checkout. 

1.2. All items are sold as seen and returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. 

1.3. Please read the description (including size of the piece and material) carefully before purchase so you are aware of what you are receiving. 

1.4. All items were created by Chelsea Marie and come signed by the artist. 

1.5. Original artwork comes with a letter of authenticity and may not be re-sold under a different name. 

1.6. All sales are listed in GBP (£). 

2. Refunds 

2.1. There are no refunds on any items after purchase is completed at checkout. 

2.2. If an item arrives damaged, please take photographs and send an email for inspection. Once the item is inspected and it is determined the damage happened in transit, we will evaluate the next course of action. 

2.3. Once an order has been shipped and the tracking number has been received by the customer, the artist retains no responsibility for any damages that occur in transit. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to exchange the item for a similar one. No refunds will be issued.

2.4. In the exceptional circumstance an item is approved for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method. This may take 5-7 business days to return to your account. 

 

3. Shipping 

3.1. Most orders will be shipped 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated on product description. 

3.2 Shipping is done through Royal Mail and the shipping fee is calculated at checkout to be included in the final price. 

3.3 Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for the order. 

3.4. UK Orders -  £3.70 per order

3.5 International Orders -  £9.75 per order

 

4. Newsletter and Email Contact 

4..1 By signing up to the newletter you are agreeing to share your email contact information with chelseamarieart.com. 

4.2. By signing up to the newletter you are agreeing to be contacted by chelseamarieart.com with community updates and marteting. 

4.3. We adhere to GDPR rules and will not share your contact information without permission and with anyone outside of the company. 

4.4. If you submit your information to contact the artist, we aim to get back to you within 1-3 business days. 

5. Postcard Gallery 

5.1. By paying the sign up fee for the Postcard Gallery community project you are committing to creating and sending a piece of original artwork by the monthly deadline. 

5.2. All artwork must be handmade, and must reflect the community standard and not include racist, homophobic, or disrespectful imagery in any way. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate restriction from future participation. No refund will be issued. 

5.3. Failure to submit artwork that is not original (i.e painted or drawn by hand) may result in future restriction from participating. No refund will be issued. 

5.4. Failure to send artwork by the monthly deadline will be assessed by Chelsea Martie to determine the issue, and may result in future restriction from participating. No refund will be issued. 

6. Commissions 

6.1. Commissions are non-refundable once completed and the customer has been informed. 

6.2. Once you submit a commission request you will receive a completion estimate and cost breakdown via email. By agreeing to the estimate you are obligated to pay the deposit and final total price submitted by the artist. 

6.3. Failure to pay the deposit will mean the commission is not accepted and the work will not continue. 

6.4. Once the commission is complete you will recieve an invoice and watermarked copy of the piece for final review. You must pay the invoice in full before the piece is shipped. 

6.5. Failure to pay the invoice will result in delayed shipping of the commission and may result in the withdrawel of the contract completely.
